Arestovich recalls Azerbaijani army's successful deployment of Israeli-made weapons in Karabakh war
An Aide to the Presidential Office of Ukraine, Oleksiy Arestovich, said Israel might help Ukraine amidst aggressive attacks of Russia. He is convinced that Israel has a bunch of weapons that can be supplied to Ukraine.
Arestovich recalled the experience of the Azerbaijani army using the Israeli-made weapons during the war in the Karabakh region in 2020.
“We saw all this in the Karabakh war – these [Israeli weapons] were used by the Azerbaijani army. For example, kamikaze drones like Harop, or Harpy. There is, for example, Spike - such a long-range ATGM (anti-tank guided missile) that allows the operator to change the trajectory during the flight … We saw many such pictures from Karabakh. And many, many other things – unmanned aerial vehicles, anti-tank weapons, and so on,” Arestovich said, according to Caliber.Az.
