Arestovich: Russia launched airstrike on its own positions

Russian aviation struck at the positions of its own military in the Kherson region.

According to Korrespondent.net, this was reported Friday evening, July 1, by Oleksiy Arestovich, advisor to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, in a conversation with Russian human rights activist Mark Feygin.

"We have some interesting news. Just now (around 22:00 on July 1, - ed.) Russian aviation missed and hit its own positions in the Kherson region. And it hit very well," Arestovich noted.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff has not yet commented on this information.
