Armenian political figure Vladimir Poghosyan said on the air of the "Noyan Tapan" program that "President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will go down in the history of his people and state".

"If we talk about Aliyev, he is a real president of his country. No matter what we say, whether we like the Azerbaijanis or not - Aliyev is a real leader of his country. And in terms of his state, he will go down in Azerbaijan's history. Our politicians don't have such qualities as Aliyev has. I have been saying this for a long time and for many years.

Aliyev is not afraid of either Vardanian or Pashinyan. What can he be afraid of? It reminds me of the story when Stalin was told about the Pope, saying he was so powerful. And Stalin asked how many divisions the Pope has. It's the same with us: how many divisions does Vardanyan have? How many divisions does Pashinyan have? That is why Aliyev has nothing to fear from either Pashinyan or Vardanyan," Poghosyan said.
