ASTRA: Eight injured as Russian attack damages homes in Odesa PHOTO / UPDATED

Eight people, including a child, have been injured in a Russian overnight attack on Odesa, according to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak.

Two of those injured have been hospitalised.

The attack damaged apartments on several floors of a 24-storey residential building, while windows were blown out in nearby buildings and cars were damaged.

Office buildings and two educational institutions were also affected, Lysak said.

Residential buildings and infrastructure were damaged in a Russian attack on Odesa, Ukraine, while three people, including one child, were injured, according to local authorities cited by the ASTRA Telegram channel.

“Infrastructure has been damaged. Preliminary reports indicate that residential buildings were destroyed,” said Serhii Lysak, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.

Meanwhile, another local Telegram channel corroborated the reports, publishing an eyewitness photo of a damaged apartment building.
