Azerbaijan attracts foreign investors to development of gold deposit in Kalbajar

Foreign investors have been attracted to the development of the Agduzdag gold deposit in the Kalbajar region of Azerbaijan.

Report informs that the remarks came from the Chairman of the Board of the Geological Exploration Agency of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan Ali Aliyev at a meeting of the working group on environmental issues in Fuzuli.

“From the beginning of last year, the Turkish company began to exploit the gold deposit. Our goal is to attract local and foreign investors to the development of the country's mineral resource base,” he said.
