Ambassador: Azerbaijan aims to boost economic ties with Arab nations

Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Jordan, Eldar Salimov, discussed the various development initiatives underway in Azerbaijan, designed to enhance the nation's appeal to both Arab and international investors.

These programmes focus on key sectors such as tourism, agriculture, technology, the food industry, and carpet manufacturing, aiming to foster economic growth and diversify the country's investment landscape, Caliber.Az reports, citing Jordanian media.

In his statement, Salimov expressed gratitude to Jordan for its support of Azerbaijan within the framework of international legitimate resolutions.

Referring to Baku as the "pearl of Asia," he urged global business leaders to establish strong economic ties with Azerbaijan in order to explore opportunities for investment and development.

He highlighted that Azerbaijan’s well-developed infrastructure is a key factor in attracting capital, particularly to the Karabakh region, which is rich in natural resources.
