Azerbaijan employs over 1,000 residents in liberated territories
Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population told Caliber.Az that more than 1,000 residents resettled in the liberated territories have been provided with jobs.
The ministry noted that labor fairs were organized in Fuzuli and Lachin cities during the past period. At the labor fairs in Fizuli 20 employers presented 200 vacancies, while in Lachin 16 employers presented 200 vacancies. As a result of comprehensive measures taken, more than 1,000 people from among the residents of the liberated territories of Azerbaijan were employed.
The Ministry reports that one of the key directions of work on providing employment to the residents resettled to Azerbaijan’s liberated territories is organisation of vocational training courses. Work in this area has already started for unemployed residents of Lachin, Shusha, Fuzuli, Zangilan, Jabrayil cities, as well as Zabukh and Sus villages (Lachin district), Dovletyarli (Fuzuli district), Horovlu and Shukurbayli (Jabrayil district), Mahruzlu and Zilanli (Gubadli district), Talish and Sugovushan (Aghdara district), Khidirli, Sarijali, Kangarli, Salahli Kangarli and Bash Garvand villages (Aghdam district).
