Azerbaijan, Türkiye strengthen educational ties by signing new protocols at Karabakh University PHOTO
A delegation led by the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Türkiye, Yusuf Tekin, is paying an official visit to Karabakh University on September 23.
The minister familiarised himself with the university’s educational process and modern infrastructure during the visit, Caliber.Az reports, citing the press service of the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan.
The visit continued with a bilateral meeting between Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev and Yusuf Tekin.
During the meeting, a signing ceremony was held for the “Additional Protocol to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Türkiye on Cooperation in the Field of Education dated October 31, 2017” and the “Additional Protocol to the Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Türkiye on Cooperation in the Field of Vocational Education dated February 19, 2021,” aimed at expanding the existing collaboration between the two countries.
The signing of the above-mentioned documents will create a solid foundation for the further development of joint educational projects between the two brotherly countries.
