Azerbaijani minister discusses green energy investments with Saudi Arabia's climate envoy in Davos PHOTO

Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan, COP29 President Mukhtar Babayev held a meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs and Climate Envoy of Saudi Arabia Adel bin Ahmed al-Jubeir on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos.

“World Economic Forum, COP29 President Mukhtar Babayev held a bilateral discussion with Mr Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Climate Envoy for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The leaders reflected on the significant breakthroughs made at COP29, and both nations’ plans to scale up renewable energy investments,” Caliber.Az reports, citing a Facebook post of the COP29 Azerbaijan.

Minister Mukhtar Babayev is taking part in the World Economic Forum in the Swiss city of Davos. This year's forum is held from January 20 to 24.
