26 June 2026 17:16
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has arrived in Russia on a working visit during which he will meet his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, according to the Belarusian president's press service.
The meeting is scheduled to take place later on Friday, Caliber.Az reports.
The two leaders are expected to discuss key issues of Belarusian-Russian cooperation, as well as the regional situation and current international developments.
They will focus on the current state of and prospects for bilateral relations, Belarusian Prime Minister Alexander Turchin stated earlier.
He said both governments had worked to reduce the number of unresolved issues requiring discussion at the highest political level.
