British ambassador highlights promising prospects for Baku Climate Action Week

The upcoming Baku Climate Action Week is set to be both fruitful and engaging, British Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Fergus Auld said.

In a post on social media platform X, Auld expressed his enthusiasm for the event, which he noted was inspired by the one in London, Caliber.Az reports.

The ambassador emphasized that this week-long initiative presents a valuable opportunity for not just governments, but also civil society, academia, and the business community to collaborate on pressing climate issues.

"We are looking forward to an exciting and productive week," Auld stated, highlighting the importance of collective action in addressing climate change challenges.

The inaugural Baku Climate Action Week (BCAW 2024) will take place from September 30 to October 4, 2024.
