China denies supplying weapons to either side in Ukraine war

China has stated that it has never supplied weapons to either side in the Ukraine conflict and continues to strictly regulate the export of dual-use goods.

The comments were made by Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian during a briefing, Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.

“China has never supplied lethal weapons to any side in the Ukraine conflict, and has also strictly controlled the export of dual-use goods,” he said.

Lin Jian also reiterated that Beijing has consistently maintained what he described as an objective and impartial position on efforts to resolve the Ukraine crisis.
