China urges citizens in Israel, Iran to heighten security precautions
The Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the State of Israel has issued an official notice advising Chinese citizens in Israel to strengthen personal safety measures and prepare for potential emergencies as regional tensions escalate.
In a statement, the embassy urged nationals to closely monitor developments, strictly follow guidance from local authorities, and make contingency plans for unforeseen situations, Caliber.Az reports via foreign media.
Separately, the Chinese government has advised its citizens to avoid traveling to Iran and called on those currently in the country to leave as soon as possible, citing growing security risks.
China’s Foreign Ministry, in coordination with the Chinese Embassy in Iran, encouraged Chinese nationals to exercise heightened caution and depart while commercial flights remain operational.
