Data-centre strike knocks Ukrainian TV channel “We Are Ukraine+” off air

Ukrainian television channel “We Are Ukraine+” has been taken off the air following damage to data-centre infrastructure, the broadcaster said on Saturday, September 26.

The channel said the loss of signal was caused by a strike affecting the infrastructure of the Cosmonova data centre.

The outage follows a similar disruption reported earlier involving Ukrainian broadcaster “Novyny LIVE”, which also lost its signal after a Russian attack on data centres in Kyiv.

Internet provider “Kolo TV” separately said its equipment was damaged earlier on Saturday.
