Deadly Russian aerial assault hits Ukraine’s Poltava, casualties reported

Four people were killed, and another 31 injured of varying severity in Ukraine’s Poltava region as a result of a combined Russian strike involving missiles and attack drones.

Vitalii Diakivnych, head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, reported that all injured individuals are receiving medical assistance.

According to him, direct hits and falling debris were recorded in two districts of the Poltava area.

“As a result of the attack, an industrial facility was damaged. Gas supply to 3,480 consumers has been cut off. Railway infrastructure was also damaged,” the head of the regional administration wrote on Telegram.
