Doha, Athens explore enhanced security coordination

Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, met with Nikolaos Georgios Dendias, Minister of National Defence of Greece, to discuss regional and international security issues.

The leaders reviewed recent regional developments and their implications for stability, as well as international efforts aimed at containing tensions, preventing escalation, and promoting diplomatic solutions, BNA reports.

The meeting also focused on bilateral cooperation between Qatar and Greece, with both sides exploring ways to strengthen collaboration, particularly in the military and security sectors, to enhance coordination between the two nations.
