European Council president arrives in Kyiv on fourth anniversary of war PHOTO
European Council President António Costa has arrived in Kyiv, following European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha said on social network X, per Caliber.Az.

Costa traveled to the Ukrainian capital by train. Sybiha thanked European allies for their support of Ukraine and noted that February 24, 2022, “forever divided the history of Europe into 'before' and 'after.'”
Earlier the same day, von der Leyen arrived in Kyiv. The Ukrainian Foreign Minister greeted her at the station with a yellow-and-blue bouquet.
