Finland provides 16th military aid package to Ukraine

Finland has sent a new, 16th military aid package to Ukraine, which includes anti-aircraft weapons and ammunition.

According to TASS, the Finnish Defence Ministry made the due statement.

According to the agency's calculations, the cost of the new arms package is estimated at €109 million. "Finland continues to support Ukraine together with our international partners. The cost of all military aid packages provided by Finland now stands at €1.1 billion," Finnish Defence Minister Antti Kaikkonen said.

It should be noted that the previous package included defence training equipment for the 30,000 Ukrainian troops who were taking part in the European Union Military Assistance Mission in Support of Ukraine (EUMAM).
