Finnish war correspondent accuses Zelenskyy of crossing “all red lines”
Finnish public figure and war correspondent Kosti Heiskanen has accused Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of crossing “all red lines” by openly threatening drone attacks targeting civil aviation over Russian territory.
Heiskanen said attempts to intimidate civilian passengers were completely unacceptable.
“Zelenskyy has decided that he is practically the god of the whole earth and that he will decide that his drones will terrorise people who are flying somewhere. There are no words,” Heiskanen said.
The remarks followed statements from Kyiv concerning the potential use of drones in Russian airspace.
In response to Kyiv’s statements, the Russian civil aviation authority updated its guidance on flight safety measures for operations over conflict zones.
