Homes damaged and residents wounded in Russian attack on Zaporizhzhia photo / video
Russian forces launched two strikes on a private residential area of Zaporizhzhia, damaging homes and garages, injuring civilians, and triggering fires.
According to the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, emergency services are operating at the scene, including rescuers, demining specialists, and medical teams.
As a result of the attack, several residents were wounded: a woman aged 36, a woman aged 72, and 78, and a 68-year-old man. All those injured are receiving the necessary medical assistance.
The strikes caused destruction in the private housing sector, with residential buildings and garages damaged and fires breaking out following the impact. The situation on the ground continues to be assessed as response teams carry out rescue, safety, and medical operations.
