Israeli drone strikes vehicle in southern Lebanon, killing one
An Israeli drone targeted a vehicle near Burj Rahal, northeast of Tyre, in southern Lebanon, approximately 25 kilometres from the Israeli border.
Sheikh Hussein Diab was killed in the strike, while another individual sustained injuries. Details regarding Diab’s background are still being verified, Caliber.Az reports, citing foreign media.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have not issued any comment on the incident.
Earlier, on November 3, an Israeli airstrike targeted a civilian vehicle in the town of Doueir in the Nabatieh district, setting several vehicles ablaze and damaging nearby shops.
Another airstrike targeted the southern Lebanon town of Aita al-Shaab.
According to initial reports, casualties have been confirmed following the attack on Doueir, with one martyr reported so far. Civil defence crews rushed to the scene to extinguish the fires and evacuate the wounded.
