Karabakh Revival Foundation highlights initiatives at Rebuild Karabakh-2024

19 October 2024 09:42

The Karabakh Revival Foundation (KRF) successfully participated in the Rebuild Karabakh-2024 exhibition, held from October 15 to 17 at the Baku Expo Center.

This marks the fourth consecutive year that the Foundation has been involved in this significant event, Caliber.Az reports.

At the exhibition, KRF presented a range of initiatives and projects designed to provide financial assistance for the restoration of territories that have recently been liberated from occupation. Continuing the popularity of last year’s interactive puzzle game “Pearls of Karabakh,” which showcases stunning images of the region’s cultural heritage, the game attracted considerable interest from visitors of all ages. Participants with the top 30 scores received gifts from the Incredible Karabakh collection, including T-shirts featuring symbols representative of the region.

Visitors also had the chance to explore the exhibition “Urbicide in Karabakh,” which depicted the widespread destruction inflicted by Armenians in the newly liberated areas.

The event's organizers, Caspian Event Organisers and Iteca Caspian, generously donated a portion of the proceeds — amounting to AZN 38,600 ($22,700) — to the KRF, aiding the ongoing reconstruction efforts.

Rebuild Karabakh is the inaugural and only specialized exhibition focused on the reconstruction of Azerbaijan's Karabakh region. It serves as a valuable business platform for enhancing collaboration between the private sector and government entities, with support from various state organizations and ministries.

The project aims to highlight the positive developments occurring in Karabakh, facilitate the region's restoration following its liberation, promote business involvement in infrastructure development, and attract investment to support these efforts.
