Kyiv pharmaceutical plant hit again days after previous strike

A strike was reported at the Darnytsia pharmaceutical plant in Kyiv on Saturday morning, according to local sources, marking the second attack on the facility in three days.

The previous strike on the plant took place on September 23.

Darnytsia is a major Ukrainian pharmaceutical company producing medicines for a range of conditions, including cardiovascular and neurological diseases, as well as painkillers. Its portfolio comprises about 200 brands, while its production facilities have the capacity to manufacture up to 670 million medicine packages annually.
