Lithuanian president, Latvian PM arrive in Ukraine pledging unwavering support
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy received Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda and Latvian Prime Minister Evika Siliņa in Kyiv on September 11.
“Just arrived in Kyiv. Good to return and meet my dear friend President Zelenskyy in solidarity with Ukraine. Bringing military and economic support for Ukraine is crucial to defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity,” Caliber.Az reports, citing President Nausėda’s message on X.
In turn, Siliņa emphasised that Latvia will stand with the Ukrainian people until their victory and will continue supporting Ukraine on its path to joining the EU and NATO.
