Kazakhstan tops overall standings at UAE SWAT challenge 2026 Video
Kazakhstan has taken the lead in the overall standings at the UAE SWAT Challenge 2026, an elite international competition for special forces units held in Dubai.
Kazakhstan’s “C” special forces team secured first place in both the Assault and Hostage Rescue disciplines. As of February 9, the team is also leading the Officer Rescue event, accumulating 326 points after three days of competition, Caliber.Az reports via Kazakh media.
Kazakhstan is represented at the tournament by four men’s teams and one women’s team, comprising personnel from the State Security Service, the National Security Committee, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The UAE SWAT Challenge is organised under the patronage of Dubai Police and brings together elite tactical units from around the world. This year’s edition features 109 teams from 48 countries.
The competition began earlier this month and will conclude on February 11.
