Lviv fired with missiles from Caspian Sea - military official
The rockets that the Russian military fired at Lviv this morning were fired from the Caspian region, possibly the enemy was aiming at the railway station.
This was announced during a briefing by the head of the Lviv OVA Maxim Kozitsky, Ukrinform reports.
“It was preliminarily established that missiles were fired at Lvov from planes flying from the Caspian direction. Was the service station the end goal? Unlikely. It could also be the train station. Our enemy has nothing human,” said the head of the OVA.
Subsequently, after the rocket attack in Lvov, the second alarm siren sounded, according to Kozitsky, the danger was from the Black Sea, but the missiles did not reach.
As Ukrinform reported, according to preliminary data, seven people were killed in Lviv as a result of rocket attacks, 11 more were injured, including a child. Three are in critical condition in the hospital.
According to the information of the West Air Command, four missile strikes took place this morning: three - on military infrastructure facilities, one - on service stations. Several rockets hit near the Main Railway Station of Lviv, there were no injuries among passengers and railway workers.
