Media: Israeli tanks enter Syria
Tanks of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) are crossing the border into Syria.
"Following the collapse of the Assad regime, Syrian reports claim that Israeli tanks have crossed the border into Syria from the Golan Heights," Caliber.Az reports via foreign media.
According to unverified sources, Israeli forces have entered the buffer zone near Quneitra and have begun artillery shelling in the area. The Israeli Army has not commented on these reports yet.
On the morning of December 8, the information went viral that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad boarded a plane and flew out of Damascus in an unknown direction. Meanwhile, Syrian Prime Minister Mohammad Ghazi al-Jalali stated that he remained in Damascus and was ready to cooperate with any authority chosen by the Syrian people. Terrorists had taken control of the Saydnaya prison in Damascus and freed all the prisoners.
