Media: Russia deploys strategic bombers and conducts drone strikes in Ukraine photo / video
Russia has launched a significant operation involving its strategic aviation, raising concerns over potential missile strikes.
According to the Telegram channel Voenny Osvedomitel (“Military Informant”), nine Tu-95MS strategic bombers and three Tu-160 missile carriers took to the skies on the morning of December 6.

Sources indicate that these aircraft are either positioned at cruise missile launch points or en route to them, a move traditionally seen as a sign of possible missile strike preparations.
Simultaneously, Russian forces carried out a large-scale attack using Geran-type kamikaze drones and Iskander-M short-range ballistic missiles targeting Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. The strikes hit the Kryvorizka Thermal Power Plant in Zelenodolsk, causing a fire visible in footage shared online. Local authorities reported that the blaze resulted from the drone impacts.

Additionally, a railway station in Fastiv, Kyiv Oblast, was struck during the attack.
Authorities are currently assessing the full scale of the damage and verifying reports of casualties. The situation in the affected regions remains tense as investigations and emergency response efforts continue.
