Missile debris falls in southern Syria after interception of Iranian projectile

Debris from an Iranian missile intercepted by Israeli air defense systems fell near the village of Zubayda in Syria's southern Quneitra Governorate, according to Syrian state-affiliated television channel Al-Ikhbaria.
The incident occurred amid ongoing regional tensions and exchanges of fire involving Iran and Israel. Syrian media reported that fragments of the intercepted missile landed in the area near the village, which is located close to the Israeli-controlled Golan Heights.
Authorities have not released information regarding casualties, damage, or the extent of any impact caused by the falling debris.
