More than 600 attacks strike 23 settlements in Zaporizhzhia region

Russian forces carried out a heavy wave of attacks on the Zaporizhzhia region over the past 24 hours, with authorities recording a total of 605 strikes on 23 settlements across the region.

According to Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, the attacks included 12 air strikes. In addition, 342 drones of various types, mainly FPV drones, targeted the city of Zaporizhzhia and several other localities in the region.

Officials also reported seven strikes using multiple launch rocket systems, as well as 244 artillery attacks aimed at residential areas and frontline communities. As a result of the shelling, authorities received 105 reports of damage to homes, vehicles and infrastructure facilities.

No civilian casualties were reported. Damage assessments and efforts to address the consequences of the attacks are ongoing.
