Moscow sees supply of ATACMS missiles to Kyiv as psychological warfare element

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov has said that US statements about the possible supply of ATACMS missiles to Ukraine are an element of psychological warfare.

The diplomat stressed that escalation is the most dangerous way, as the consequences can be unpredictable, TASS reports

"This is an element of psychological warfare, not an ongoing, but an intensifying hybrid war of the collective West led by the United States against Russia," Ryabkov said.
