New protocol between Azerbaijan, Russia enters into force
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree approving the "Protocol on the mutual application of the e-system for certification of the origin of goods between the government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the government of the Russian Federation".
“Protocol on the mutual application of the e-system for certification of the origin of goods between the government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the government of the Russian Federation, signed in Moscow on March 4, 2022 and in Baku on March 16, is approved,” Report informs referring to the presidential decree.
After the protocol specified in part 1 of this decree enters into force, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Economy and the State Customs Committee should implement its provisions.
The Azerbaijani foreign ministry should send a notification to the Russian government on the implementation of domestic procedures necessary for the protocol to enter into force.
