New Turanecom platform unites Turkic-speaking nations' products for global trade
A new platform uniting products from Turkic-speaking countries, called Turanecom, has been officially launched.
This announcement was made by Jamid Movsumov, Chairman of the Azerbaijan Franchise Association, in an interview with domestic media, per Caliber.Az.
Movsumov explained that the initiative is designed to consolidate the economic power of the Turkic world and harness the potential of local brands, with the aim of realising the "Made in Turan" concept. "The Turanecom platform will feature products and services from Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan, all represented under a single brand. Our goal is to promote high-quality products produced in our region on international markets, enhance economic cooperation, and support regional integration," he said.
He also highlighted that the first phase of the platform focuses on the integration of products from the textile sector, which is one of the key industries in the region with significant production potential. "Currently, we are holding meetings with local and regional entrepreneurs, and mutual cooperation agreements are being established. As a result of this collaboration, contracts are expected to be signed. After evaluating the products from entrepreneurs, they will officially be added to the Turanecom platform."
The platform aims to bolster trade and cooperation between Turkic-speaking countries, helping local producers expand their reach to global markets while strengthening regional ties.
