North Korea announces readiness to conquer South Korea
North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has said the army must continuously prepare to conquer entire South Korea in case of a nuclear crisis.
Kim Jong Un said that the US and South Korea’s “puppet” government are continuously increasing the number of soldiers in the South Korea, which escalates the situation and increases the risk of a conflict, Gazeta.ru reports citing the politician’s speech “On the directions of struggle for 2024” disseminated by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).
“The word “war” is no longer an abstract concept for us, it is becoming a reality. The People's Army must vigilantly monitor the security situation on the Korean Peninsula and must give continuous impetus to the preparation for large-scale steps to conquer entire South Korea as an immediate response to the nuclear crisis that could arise at any time, and mobilisation of all forces, including nuclear-armed forces, if anything happens,” the message says.
