Oil prices fluctuate amid rising US-China tensions
Oil prices are falling in the afternoon on October 14 amid heightened tensions between the US and China.
The price of December Brent futures on the London ICE Futures exchange is currently $62.06 per barrel, which is $1.26 (1.99%) lower than at the close of previous trading, Caliber.Az reports.
WTI crude oil futures for November delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) electronic trading platform fell by $1.24 (2.08%) to $58.25 per barrel.

Oil prices are stable in trading on October 14, with traders continuing to monitor developments in US-China trade relations.
The price of December Brent futures on the London ICE Futures exchange is currently $63.31 per barrel, which is $0.01 (0.02%) lower than at the close of previous trading, Caliber.Az informs.
On October 13, these contracts rose in price by $0.59 (0.94%) to $63.32 per barrel.
WTI crude oil futures for November delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) electronic trading platform fell by $0.02 (0.03%) to $59.47 per barrel. At the end of the previous session, the price of these contracts increased by $0.59 (1%) to $59.49 per barrel.
