Ombudsperson: ICJ's decision once again refuted Armenia's claims against Azerbaijan

Azerbaijani Ombudsman commented on the International Court of Justice decision of November 17, APA reports.

"The decision on provisional measures taken by the International Court of Justice on November 17, 2023, in connection with the application of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination has once again refuted Armenia's groundless legal claims against Azerbaijan. In addition to the fact that most of the accusatory opinions against our country on various platforms were rejected by the International Court of Justice, the absence of any factual basis for these opinions was once again confirmed," the message says.
