OTS Secretary General offers condolences to Azerbaijan

Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) Kubanychbek Omuraliev has expressed condolences to Azerbaijan on the 34th anniversary of the January 20 tragedy.

The Secretary General made a post on his X account regarding the tragedy, Caliber.Az reports.

"On the day, which went down in history as 'Black January', we share the grief of Azerbaijani brothers to honor the memory of the martyrs who gave their lives for the independence of their Motherland," the post reads.
