The Azerbaijani Navy's marine infantry units have completed tactical exercises with live firing in line with the 2025 training plan.
The units, which were alerted as part of the exercise, moved from their permanent deployment points to designated concentration areas, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Ministry of Defence.
During the exercise, the marines advanced to the attack line, neutralised enemy personnel and equipment, captured positions, and secured control over supply routes. Additional tasks included organising the commandant service and establishing a mobile patrolling system in the unit's deployment area.
The exercises, designed to maintain a high level of combat readiness and enhance both theoretical and practical skills, concluded successfully with all objectives achieved.
