Over 3,500 injured in Israel since start of “Lion’s Roar” op
More than 3,500 people have been injured in Israel since the start of Operation “Lion’s Roar,” according to official figures released on March 17.
Citing the Ministry of Health of Israel, INTELLI NEWS reported that 3,530 casualties had been evacuated to hospitals as of 07:00 a.m.
As of that time, 86 patients remained hospitalised. Of those, 8 were in serious condition, 16 in moderate condition, 60 in light condition, and 2 were reported to be in shock.
In the previous 24 hours, from 07:00 on March 16 to 07:00 on March 17, hospitals received 70 newly injured individuals. Among them, 4 were in moderate condition, 9 were suffering from shock, and the majority — 146 — were classified as lightly injured.
The figures suggest that most of those wounded are in stable condition and are receiving medical treatment, despite the ongoing nature of the operation.
