Overnight drone strikes in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk leave three injured PHOTO
Overnight, Russian forces launched a large-scale UAV assault on Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region, targeting both energy infrastructure and civilian facilities.
The attack left two men and a woman injured, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Ukrainian State Emergency Service (SES).
In the regional capital, critical infrastructure and garage facilities sustained damage, while Kryvyi Rih also reported significant infrastructure damage. Additionally, a private residence in the Samarivskyi district was struck.
Emergency response and restoration operations are ongoing, with the SES mobilizing 43 units of equipment and over 100 personnel to manage the aftermath and restore essential services.
Overnight attacks targeting Ukraine’s energy infrastructure left over 130,000 consumers in the Dnipropetrovsk region without electricity.
In Kyiv and Kyiv region, approximately 10,000 consumers—primarily in Brovary district—remain without power following the previous day’s shelling.
Despite ongoing attacks, restoration efforts continue. Over the past 24 hours, more than 350,000 residents in Kyiv have had electricity restored. On the left bank of the capital and in parts of Kyiv region, emergency outages remain in effect due to damage to the networks, while on the right bank, electricity is being rationed according to hourly schedules.
