Overnight drone attacks spark large fires across Kharkiv districts photo

Overnight, Russian drones attacked populated areas in Ukraine’s Kharkiv region.

According to the message of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine on Telegram, in the village of Seriy Yar in the Kupiansk district, a strike hit the private sector, sparking a large fire covering 200 square meters and setting two residential houses ablaze. A 62-year-old woman was injured and hospitalised with head and body injuries.

In the Pechenihy community of the Chuhuiv district, fires broke out at two recreation bases, burning warehouses and administrative buildings. No casualties were reported.

Fire and rescue units, medical teams from the State Emergency Service, and community rescue officers were involved in responding to the aftermath of the attacks.
