Poland: Damage detected on railway line leading to Ukraine Sabotage?

Polish authorities have reported damage to the Dęblin–Warsaw railway line near Mica station, a route connecting Poland to Ukraine.
The Mazovia Voivodeship Police said in a statement that the damage was noticed by a train driver near the town of Żychlin on the morning of November 16, Caliber.Az reports per Polish media.
The train, which was immediately stopped due to the incident, was carrying two passengers and several crew members at the time. No one was injured.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, commenting on the situation, stated that sabotage may be behind the damage to the railway line, and noted he is in constant contact with the Interior Minister.
