Poland scrambles military aircraft amid Russian activity in Ukraine
Poland scrambled military aircraft on Thursday amid Russian activity in Ukraine, the Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces said in a post on X, as per Caliber.Az.
Polish authorities also placed ground-based air defence and radar reconnaissance systems on heightened readiness.

According to the Polish military, the measures were precautionary and were intended to safeguard areas bordering "vulnerable areas."
The command did not provide further details on the aircraft involved or the nature of the Russian activity that prompted the measures.
