Poland to accept 2,500 Ukrainian soldiers for medical treatment, rehabilitation

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that Poland has offered medical assistance and rehabilitation for 2,500 wounded Ukrainian servicemen.

President Zelenskyy made the remarks during a joint press conference with Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Kyiv, RBC-Ukraine reports.

“I would like to emphasise our cooperation in the medical treatment and rehabilitation of Ukrainian soldiers. The Polish prime minister offered medical assistance and rehabilitation for 2,500 wounded Ukrainian servicemen," he said.

President Zelenskyy said that today, together with the Polish prime minister, he visited the hospital with the wounded Ukrainian soldiers, as well as Bakhmut defenders.
