Reports claim Russia bans strikes on Kyiv, Ukrainian infrastructure PHOTO

Ukrainian Telegram channels have reported that, on January 29 at 7:00 a.m. Moscow time, the Russian Armed Forces have allegedly been ordered not to target any sites in the capital and the Kyiv region, as well as infrastructure across Ukraine.

The claim is also cited by UNIAN, which notes that Russian military correspondents reporting it are considered unreliable and warns that believing such sources is unwise, though the information has been shared widely across unofficial channels.

Officials from both Russia and Ukraine have not confirmed the information.
