25 July 2026 09:12
Member states of the International Criminal Court (ICC) voted on June 24 to remove Prosecutor Karim Khan from office following allegations of sexual misconduct, two diplomatic sources told Reuters.
According to the sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity due to the sensitivity of the matter, 82 of the court’s 125 member states voted in favour of Khan’s removal.
Khan, who issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin, denies the allegations.
