Russia claims destruction of dozens of Ukrainian fuel reservoirs

Russian aviation, missile troops, and artillery have destroyed more than 650 servicemen and three combat vehicles of multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS) "Smerch" of Ukraine’s Armed Forces.

“More than 17 tanks and other armoured combat vehicles … as well as 17 special vehicles were destroyed in a day,” the Russian Defence Ministry said, according to TASS.

In addition, the ministry clarified that three bases for the repair of armoured vehicles in the Mykolaiv region, four command posts, as well as manpower and military equipment in 18 districts, were hit by high-precision weapons.

“On June 22, high-precision weapons of the Russian Aerospace Forces in the Mykolaiv region destroyed 49 tanks with fuel for military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as up to 50 multiple launch rocket systems located in the hangars of combat vehicles, including those of foreign production,” the ministry noted.
