Russia launches 142 drone strikes on Ukraine overnight 112 intercepted
On the night of September 7 to 8, Russia attacked Ukraine with 142 strike drones, including 100 Shahed-type UAVs and other drone types, according to the Air Force of Ukraine's Armed Forces.
Of all the drones which were launched from the directions of Bryansk, Oryol, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, and Chauda (Crimea), 112 of were shot down by the Ukrainian Air Force, Caliber.Az reports via Ukrainian media.
The drone launches originated As of the morning of September 8, preliminary data indicates that Ukrainian air defences had intercepted or neutralised 112 Russian drones, including Shahed-type and other UAVs, across northern, southern, eastern, and central regions of the country.
According to reports, 26 strike drones hit seven locations, while debris from downed drones fell in one location.
