Russia launches massive missile-and-drone strike on Kyiv region
In the early hours of December 6, the Kyiv region came under a combined attack involving Russian missiles and drones. Civilian settlements were hit, and there are casualties among the population.
According to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration (KRMA) post on Telegram, at least three people were injured in the overnight attack. The situation in the region remains tense, and the shelling continues.
KRMA reported that in the Vyshhorod district, a woman born in 1979 was hospitalised. She sustained shrapnel wounds to her arm, chest, and back, as well as a closed cervical spine injury.
Another resident of the region, a 40-year-old woman, received a laceration to her cheek. She was treated at the scene and did not require hospitalisation.
In Fastiv, a man born in 1983 was wounded, suffering a laceration to his left shin.
The head of KRMA, Mykola Kalashnyk, urged residents to immediately take shelter and not ignore air-raid alerts. According to him, the attack is still ongoing, and the situation remains dangerous.
