Russia steps up attacks on Naftogaz infrastructure in Ukraine

Russia has attacked facilities belonging to Ukraine’s Naftogaz Group 13 times over the past week using missiles and strike drones, the company said.

The attacks targeted, among other sites, production infrastructure, Caliber.Az reports, citing the company’s statement published on Telegram.

Equipment and production facilities sustained serious damage, operations at some facilities have been suspended, and production volumes have declined. One of the facilities was attacked several times over the course of the week.

Naftogaz stressed that none of its employees was injured in the attacks.

In total, Naftogaz Group facilities have come under 293 attacks since the beginning of 2026.
